BOOKING POLICY
Payments:
- Please note that your reservation will be confirmed and finalised once full payment has been received.
- For any rates agreed via email or phone, we will provisionally hold your selected room and rate for up to 48 hours. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically released.
CANCELLATION, CHANGES, REFUNDS
Flexible Booking Rate:
- Cancellations or modifications are permitted free of charge up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are strictly non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Rate
- This rate offers our best available value and requires full payment at the time of booking.
- The booking is strictly non-refundable and cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.
FAMILY STAY INFORMATION
- We welcome guests aged 7 years and above only.
- Each room is designed to host a maximum of two guests, inclusive of children.
- Kindly note that cots, cribs, and extra beds are not available.
- For the safety and wellbeing of all guests, children must be under parental supervision at all times, including in and around the outdoor pool area.
CONTRACT AGREEMENT
A contract will exist once we have received the stated payment from you or your group and we have issued a confirmation invoice. Please check our confirmation invoice carefully and advise us of any inaccuracies within 3 days of receipt. We regret we cannot accept liability if we are not notified within this period. In order to book with us we require a full payment. Please note that we retain the right to vary this amount as we see appropriate. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
PERSONAL OR THIRD PARTY LIABILITY
We hold no responsibility for any actions, oversights, or failures, whether negligent or otherwise, of airlines, car rental companies, ferry operators, hotels, tour providers, or any other suppliers. We shall not be held accountable for any losses or damages resulting from the negligence, actions, or omissions of any supplier or other third party. We retain the right to cancel or adjust itineraries or reservations when circumstances necessitate such changes.
All daytime and nighttime activities, sports, and transportation organized for you by Solar Alvura are undertaken at your own risk, and we assume no responsibility or liability for any illness, personal injury, or loss of life affecting you or any fellow participant.
If you arrive late for transfers, you will be responsible for covering any additional costs. We do not bear responsibility for you missing any transportation such as accommodation or activities.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT INFORMATION
Please note all guests must provide valid identification when checking-in at the hotel (this can be a Passport or National ID card).
To enable guests to charge expenses to their rooms a credit card authorisation is required upon check-in.
Check-in time: 15:00 – 23:00
Check-out time: 08:00 – 11:00
